A brief overview of some of our current cheese selections. We have a wide variety of cheese coming from all over including Washington, Oregon, California, Spain, and Australia. Cheese made with raw goats milk, grass fed cows milk, and sheep's milk. Many of styles including Cheddar, Blue, Manchego, Chevre, Brie, Parmesan, Gouda, spreads, and fresh curds!

Butcher's Steak Check out this cut of meat! Don't let this gnarly steak fool you, the Hanging Tender, also know as a Butcher's Steak, is highly regarded and usually reserved for the butcher himself! Prized for it's flavor and thick grained texture, this steak is set to wow your guests!

Bay Street Meat Company - 2014 Soft Opening

First off we would like to thank all of our community for supporting us over the last few years of construction with words of encouragement and well wishes! We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that we have moved into our next phase of opening, that being a "soft opening." Typically a soft opening gives us the opportunity to start talking to customers and showing off all of our delicious cuts of meat while we finish up small details of construction. Don't let that fool you though!
