The butcher shop will be located inside of the highly anticipated Port Orchard Public Market, in the downtown corridor and within walking distance of ample parking and other resources such as City Hall, the ferry dock and the Kitsap Library.

Working with local farmers and ranches

Bay Street Meat Company prides itself in working with local farmers and ranches to help secure local food options for its customers. We are bringing availability and quality options to our customers' tables that has not been seen locally in a long time. From local to niche artisanal, we look forward to offering up a variety of products that a full service butcher shop is expected to have.

The butcher shop will carry a wide variety of fresh beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. Other items will include fresh hand made sausages, charcuterie, cheese, raw milk, and farm eggs. We want our customers to have a full meat and cheese shopping experience. Not sure what to pair with what or how to cook it? No worries, we will help with that also.
