First off we would like to thank all of our community for supporting us over the last few years of construction with words of encouragement and well wishes! We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that we have moved into our next phase of opening, that being a "soft opening." Typically a soft opening gives us the opportunity to start talking to customers and showing off all of our delicious cuts of meat while we finish up small details of construction. Don't let that fool you though!

We have meat in our case already and we are ready to sell! We are proudly supporting Pacific Northwest farms and ranches by having their quality, sustainably-raised meats in our case. We have also been working hard at formulating and making our own sausage to help spruce up your Spring BBQ season!
